Plant-based Cooking with Love & Energy
“Cooking with kids is not just about ingredients, recipes and cooking. It’s about harnessing imagination, empowerment, and creativity”
Healthy, nourishing meals are the cornerstone of a balanced lifestyle, offering vital nutrients that enhance both physical health and mental well-being.
The Circle Club champions plant-based cuisine, encouraging a sustainable approach to eating that benefits the body and the planet.
By involving children in preparing whole, nutrient-rich foods, the club fosters a love for healthy eating while supporting overall vitality, mindfulness, and wellness.

C.I.R.C.L.E Workshops
The CIRCLE Club workshops provide a transformative learning experience designed to foster personal growth, leadership, and well-being. They cover a range of impactful topics.
The workshops are conducted by a diverse group of volunteers, including teachers, physicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs, all united by a shared goal: to empower the leaders of tomorrow. These volunteers bring a wealth of expertise and real-world experience, offering valuable mentorship and insights.
In addition to these enriching sessions, the workshops also include a physical well-being component featuring a plant-based cooking approach. Participants will actively engage in hands-on cooking preparation, learning about nutritious and sustainable food choices. This session encourages healthy living while fostering a sense of community, as participants share in a wholesome, nutritious meal together, strengthening both their bodies and their connections to others.
Overall, the workshops aim to equip participants with the tools, knowledge, and mindset to thrive as compassionate and empowered leaders in today's world.
What started as a school based program is now expanding to local communities in Texas every year.

“Thank you for speaking to our health science class about ‘RRE’ which was really helpful to me, something I would definitely use. I really enjoyed your presentation especially when you all talked about yall’s job and what y’all do. I also enjoyed how you all made it fun and interesting for us. We appreciate you making time in your busy schedule to speak to our Health Science Theory class.Thank you again for your time.”

“The Circle club has been a beneficial program for me and everyone who participated in it. I told myself I wanted to expand my mind and my mindset. As well as my taste buds. When I first went to my first Cicrcle club meeting. I was just a freshman and I won a book about human brain and all the tips and tricks to understand the brain. As you all keep coming the more I looked forward to coming to school and seeing you'll.I learned how to cook with different ingredients and spices. I also learned new ways to help myself relax, cope, and just open my mind to trying new things. The Circle club has been something I always looked forward to and I would love to thank you all for showing up for us”

“The Circle Club has taught me a lot this past year. From how to focus and concentrate better, to how my actions and choices may affect others. I do think that it's very important they be here and teach us these principles of life because nowhere else are we learning them. Not only that, but the cooking teaches us team work. It allows us to contribute to something more for our entire class.”
